Club Manager - Watertown, NY

Location: Watertown, NY, United States; onsite at 21341 Sam's Dr

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 annually, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible Regional Pay Zone compensation.

What you will do

• Direct facility operations, merchandising, asset protection, inventory control, member service, and associate safety.
• Drive membership and sales growth by developing member relationships, visiting business members, and motivating the membership sales team.
• Improve the member experience through effective service levels, pricing, signing, merchandise presentation, and in-stock performance.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, wages, expenses, economic trend analysis, and action plans for facility improvement.
• Oversee compliance with company and legal requirements, including human resources, safety, quality assurance, confidentiality, and food safety standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, develop, and retain management and hourly associates while supporting community outreach and associate concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Experience leading retail facility operations, teams, sales, service, and financial performance.
• Ability to manage inventory, asset protection, safety, food quality, sanitation, temperature storage, and product rotation standards.
• Ability to work onsite at the Watertown, New York facility.
