What you will do
- Manage the store’s day-to-day operations, profitability, revenue streams, controllable expenses, and financial plans.
- Lead staffing, scheduling, labor allocation, hiring, performance management, and development for a high-performing team.
- Maintain guest satisfaction, brand standards, store appearance, and a positive shopping experience.
- Oversee associate training, safety programs, operational procedures, change initiatives, and compliance.
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, audits, income statements, performance metrics, waste, and merchandise gross profit.
- Build relationships with community partners and address guest and associate incidents or concerns.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment is preferred.
- Experience selecting, training, coaching, and managing staff.
- Experience with labor allocation, sales building, scheduling, and expense management.
- Availability for flexible day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
