General Manager - T Bird Mini

Location: Claremont, New Hampshire, United States; onsite, full-time role with flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $45,000–$81,972 per year

What you will do

• Lead store operations, management, and associate teams while building a collaborative, accountable, and hospitality-focused culture.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain team members while ensuring excellent guest service and store presentation.
• Manage sales growth, labor, inventory, operating costs, revenue, margins, and profitability.
• Oversee food preparation, product freshness, merchandising, menu and grab-and-go offerings, and guest feedback resolution.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, food safety, sanitation, OSHA, environmental, audit, and safety requirements.
• Conduct inspections, coordinate repairs, and lead safety training and emergency preparedness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience; full-store or multi-department leadership is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, operations management, financial performance, strategic decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of food safety, merchandising, and guest-service standards.
• ServSafe or another approved food-safety certification required within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Proficiency with POS systems, reporting tools, and standard office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
