Continuous Improvement Analyst (Lean Six Sigma)

Location: US - IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center; salary range applies to the US - IN Mooresville Distribution Center

Salary: $67,300–$78,300 per year

What you will do

• Support continuous-improvement projects through data mining, analysis, feasibility studies, and recommendations.
• Develop plans to improve efficiency, safety, customer experience, and SLA performance.
• Establish KPIs, monitor project performance, and identify shortfalls and remediation opportunities.
• Coordinate project planning, budgeting, timelines, stakeholder communication, and operational support.
• Lead projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to address process gaps.
• Maintain project documentation and reports, manage audit and certification compliance, and support environmental sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in business, administration, or a technical field is desired.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating and implementing complex projects.
• 3–5 years of experience optimizing fulfillment and distribution warehouse operations.
• Knowledge or working experience with automation systems such as Autostore, Exotec, or Caja.
• Experience with facility and process redesign and implementation.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, presentation, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
