Process Improvement Analyst

What you will do

• Create and maintain SOPs, end-to-end process maps, process-variation records, and customer playbooks.
• Plan and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methods.
• Evaluate process effectiveness, identify root causes, and align improvements with performance gaps.
• Develop metrics and collect process, quality, and financial data for quantifiable measurement.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams, communicate progress, and deliver presentations or training.
• Analyze best practices and perform cost-benefit analyses to improve safety, productivity, quality, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and skills.
• Thorough knowledge of principles, theories, techniques, and standards in the relevant discipline.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, analyze complex situations, and develop solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Current or willingness to maintain a quality management certification such as Lean or Six Sigma.
