Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at the home office
Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do
- Lead process improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support business objectives.
- Analyze workflows to identify gaps, root causes, standardization opportunities, and optimization priorities.
- Manage process improvement intake through discovery, impact assessment, prioritization, documentation, and implementation support.
- Partner with Product, Business, Change Management, and other cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and resolve dependencies.
- Define requirements, handoffs, documentation needs, and success measures for process updates.
- Evaluate process changes using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Experience in process improvement, operations, program management, risk operations, compliance operations, or a related area.
- Experience with process design, mapping, management initiatives, and transformational change projects.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of lean methodologies and industry best practices.
- Ability to work onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree, including in Human Resources or Supply Chain.
- Lean Six Sigma Champion certification.
