Senior Manager, Process Improvement

Location: Bentonville, AR, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead multiple business plans, process improvement programs, and global projects from planning through implementation.
• Analyze operational performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and redesign processes for key business functions.
• Develop operational strategies with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead transformational change initiatives, assess organizational readiness, manage expectations, and drive sustainable adoption.
• Use modeling, statistical analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder insights to shape strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop associates while building a collaborative, high-performing team.

Requirements

• Experience leading process improvement and change initiative projects.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate performance baselines, and translate technical solutions into business solutions.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and executives and collaborate across functions and countries.
• Ability to develop sustainable processes, implementation plans, performance standards, and contingency plans.
• Experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating associates.
• Ability to work at the Bentonville, Arkansas location.

Nice to have

• Experience leading and mentoring Six Sigma projects.
• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, or Supply Chain.
