Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist (Healthcare): Leading and facilitating culture transformation, strategy deployment, and system-wide improvement projects across a hospital with an accent on lean and Six Sigma methodologies, data-driven problem solving, and patient-care process improvement. Focus on coaching senior leaders and frontline teams, developing performance indicators, facilitating A3 thinking, and sustaining implemented changes.
Location: Manchester, NH; candidates must live locally. Mandatory hybrid presence.

What you will do
- Lead and facilitate system-wide strategic improvement projects across Elliot Hospital.
- Redesign processes that are critical to quality and patient care.
- Coach senior leaders, area leaders, and frontline teams in lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Build cross-functional project teams and support end-to-end implementation and sustainability.
- Develop key performance indicators and conduct data collection, monitoring, and analysis.
- Facilitate meetings using A3 thinking, including root-cause analysis, countermeasures, implementation goals, and sustainment planning.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Healthcare, Statistics, Informatics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification, or advanced training and certification.
- At least 5 years of continuous improvement experience using advanced lean tools.
- Proven team facilitation experience.
- Must live locally to Manchester, NH and work in the mandatory hybrid arrangement.
