Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; onsite at 809 11th Ave

Salary: $91,000–$169,000 annual, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Analyze performance metrics across functional areas, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
• Develop and present reports that support business decisions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor program performance, identify post-implementation issues, and drive resolution.
• Advise on project risks, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Communicate insights and influence stakeholders and decision-makers to align strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in process improvement and organizational change management within complex business environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma methodologies, including root cause analysis and process mapping.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, project management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field plus 6 months of relevant experience, or 2.5 years of experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or a related area.
