Process Improvement Specialist

Location: Houston, TX (TAS-Cullen HQ); the position is primarily performed at the company site.

hirify.global is a publicly traded company whose TAS business engineers and manufactures packaged modular systems for data centers, power, and commercial and industrial utility applications.

What you will do

• Analyze current business processes, create and maintain process maps, conduct gap analyses, and identify trends through data analysis.
• Build cross-functional teams to evaluate end-to-end processes and account for upstream and downstream impacts.
• Develop and implement process improvements, workflow optimizations, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Support the enterprise-wide employee-driven Process Improvement program and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Create process-specific training materials, conduct workshops, train subject matter experts, and maintain training records.
• Monitor the impact of process changes, facilitate improvement workshops, and assist with metrics and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, or comparable process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
• Change management ability, including influencing others and leading implementation across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and database usage.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Familiarity with process automation and technology solutions.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
