Maintenance and Reliability Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Belle, West Virginia, United States; onsite day-based position with occasional nights and weekends required to support production

Salary: $126,067–$196,980 annually; annual bonus target: 14%

What you will do

• Own site maintenance and reliability performance, including KPIs, budget adherence, asset care results, and long-term strategy delivery.
• Establish and govern the end-to-end Work Management Process from work identification through execution and closeout.
• Lead maintenance and reliability strategies covering preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability programs, and turnaround planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and eliminate chronic equipment issues using reliability-centered maintenance, root cause failure analysis, and analytics.
• Coordinate maintenance with Operations, capital planning, asset lifecycle decisions, production support, and contracted work.
• Develop maintenance cost structures, spare-parts strategies, CMMS integration, direct reports, and site reliability capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience leading maintenance and reliability programs and managing direct reports, or military-equivalent experience.
• Experience with Process Safety Management, including design-change management, PHAs, and Mechanical Integrity programs.
• Strong technical, analytical, organizational change leadership, team-building, interpersonal, and influence-management skills.
• Ability to define current and future states, identify improvement opportunities, develop strategies, and execute improvement plans.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant status sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Project leadership or management and continuous improvement experience, including Six Sigma or Lean.
• Professional reliability certification such as CRE, CRP, CRL, CMRP, or RE Certificate.
• Working knowledge of SAP-PM, SAP-MM, and maintenance work management systems.
• High-hazard process manufacturing experience and familiarity with API 510, API 570, and API 653.
