Maintenance & Reliability Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead maintenance activities for the Middleport formulation plant and support plant capability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Maintenance and Warehouse departments.
• Guide maintenance supervision and coordinate repair, maintenance, installation, buildings, grounds, utilities, and equipment activities.
• Partner with EHS on safety culture, plant tours, housekeeping improvements, and 5S implementation.
• Lead technical projects, new product plans, process reliability improvements, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage the site apprenticeship program, storeroom, material inventory, and corporate maintenance initiatives.

Requirements

• B.S. in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervision or management experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience working in a union environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, mathematical analysis, and statistical methods.
• Working knowledge of SAP maintenance, inventory, and procurement functions.
• Strong project management, process improvement, coaching, listening, teamwork, and communication skills.
