Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Pendergrass, Georgia, United States

Salary: $120,000–$125,000 annual

What you will do

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance technicians, including task delegation and skills development.
• Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and external service providers to support safe and efficient operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare-parts and tooling inventories, and vendor relationships.
• Improve equipment reliability, maintenance processes, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience with maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proficiency troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and basic data analysis.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance.
• Leadership, team management, communication, organization, budgeting, and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to work on-site, respond to urgent maintenance needs, and provide occasional off-shift or weekend coverage.

Nice to have

• Experience in plastics, fibers, geotextiles, or similar continuous-process manufacturing.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
