Plant Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Knoxville, Iowa, United States; onsite at the manufacturing plant. Travel may include up to 10% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected annual compensation: $188,251–$230,084 USD, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Drive Environmental, Health and Safety culture improvements through daily engagement with site operations.
• Develop and execute maintenance and reliability improvement plans aligned with plant and business objectives.
• Identify, install, and advance equipment to improve safety and productivity.
• Lead site renewal planning, capital budgeting, and capital project execution.
• Coordinate maintenance contractors, integrated facilities management, and external services.
• Coach teams in root cause analysis and other systematic methods for solving complex manufacturing problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least seven years of plant maintenance and/or manufacturing operations experience.
• At least two years of supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, quality, EHS, and other cross-functional partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-development skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Experience with strategic and organizational development, operational excellence, lean implementation, and financial accounting.
• Experience leading high-performance teams and applying principle-based leadership.
