Sr IT Business Analyst

Location: Kent, WA; Hanover, NH; or Minneapolis, MN. Up to 10% travel to other Hypertherm facilities.

Annual base pay: $90,901–$151,503.

What you will do

• Provide techno-functional insights and solution options across the global IT ecosystem.
• Drive and resolve engineering technology issues involving Aras PLM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion CPQ, and related systems.
• Co-own the engineering technology roadmap and replace legacy systems with enterprise-standard solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, develop specifications, and facilitate end-user sign-off for projects.
• Oversee integrations between engineering systems, SolidWorks, legacy tools, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage PLM and ERP data, including migration, mapping, quality initiatives, and end-user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Seven years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and experience with PLM and ERP systems.
• Advanced technical and business process skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead medium- and large-scale projects.

Nice to have

• MBA and five or more years of experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Aras PLM or Oracle EBS.
