Sr. JDE ERP Business Systems Analyst

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States

Pay range: $92,600.00–$154,400.00 per year across U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to optimize enterprise processes and systems.
• Gather requirements, prepare business and functional documentation, and translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Map current-state and future-state processes to identify improvement and business transformation opportunities.
• Evaluate solution options, business value, ROI, enhancement requests, and project priorities with stakeholders.
• Define test scenarios, specifications, data models, process documentation, and test plans; support UAT and solution validation.
• Analyze data and collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and production support teams to deliver improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with four or more years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Knowledge of Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, data analysis, ITIL, and business analysis practices.
• Strong communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship-building, organization, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) or another ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
• Knowledge of SQL or other relational database tools, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements and testing practices.
• Experience supporting discrete manufacturing environments is preferred.
