Senior Business Systems Analyst (Oracle SCM)

Location: Fresno, California, USA; full-time onsite role. Relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: USD 130,000–140,000 per year, with a possible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead business analysis and application activities across Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle EBS.
• Consult with business leads, identify process gaps, define solution options, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop requirements, functional specifications, solution documentation, and unit and integrated test scenarios.
• Design integrated SCM solutions involving Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, OTM, Partner EDI, WMS, and related applications.
• Create project plans, coordinate internal and partner resources, track milestones, and report status across geographically dispersed teams.
• Resolve support issues, coordinate offshore resources, and create and deliver end-user training.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience managing or implementing enterprise applications, including at least 2 years focused on Oracle Fusion SCM.
• At least three recent full life-cycle implementations of supply chain modules in Oracle releases.
• Strong functional expertise in Order Management, Purchasing, and Inventory.
• Knowledge of master data, Accounts Receivable, e-commerce, Oracle ERP architecture, PL/SQL, and custom ERP logic routines.
• Understanding of OUM or an equivalent methodology, standard project management practices, and milestone-based task management.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and support multiple internal customers.
