Business Systems Analyst - Experienced

Salary: $66,500.00–$92,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform gap and issue analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and maintain business and system process documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor deliverables for small to mid-sized projects and project tasks.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and feedback to less experienced staff while supporting enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analyst experience.
• Experience supporting broad-impact, cross-functional systems.
• Advanced requirements elicitation, general analysis, and gap analysis skills.
• Experience creating business and process documentation and designing business or system improvements.
• Ability to coordinate and manage small projects and tasks.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, SDLC, project lifecycle principles, and strategic solution design.

Nice to have

• Professional Business Analyst certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PBA.
