What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform gap and issue analysis to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Design and maintain detailed business and system process documentation.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects and coordinate deliverables using SDLC principles.
• Serve as a primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analyst experience supporting broad-impact, cross-functional systems.
• Advanced proficiency in requirements elicitation and gap analysis.
• Proven experience generating diverse types of business and process documentation.
• Ability to coordinate and manage small-sized projects and tasks independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
