Senior IT Business Analyst (ERP)

Location: Onsite five days a week at the Fort Worth, Texas facility, United States

Salary: $141,336–$183,140 per year

What you will do

• Gather requirements and analyze internal customer business processes.
• Configure and support the Syteline/CSI10 ERP system.
• Conduct system assessments, gap analyses, and fitment analyses to recommend process improvements.
• Prepare requirements documents, functional specifications, application configurations, and test plans.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and contribute to system enhancements.
• Coordinate implementations and provide training and post-implementation support to end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and employment experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a related occupation.
• Employment experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine version 8, 9, or 10.
• Experience with CSI/SyteLine finance modules, including GL Attributes and Cost Alternative modules.
