Business Process Analyst II/III (AI)

Location: On-site in Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; minimal travel required. The role may involve office, home, or hybrid work in some circumstances, but the position is explicitly expected to work on-site.

Salary: $77,235–$105,903 annual base pay

What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, lead, and track system-related projects from concept through completion across multiple business functions.
• Analyze bottlenecks and standardize or improve manufacturing and business processes to reduce errors, waste, and costs.
• Partner with Corporate IT to define system requirements, communicate programming needs, implement initiatives, and lead business-unit change management.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications, audit process compliance, and develop procedures, documentation, and training.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for order-to-cash systems, including SAP, MII, and JIRA.
• Build operational dashboards and automated data pipelines across ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms, and embed AI and analytics tools into daily operations.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience for level II or 6–8 years for level III.
• SAP ERP experience and a background in systems, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and integrated knowledge of quote-to-cash processes.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; completion of internal Lean Leader Certification is expected.
• For level III: strong SQL skills and professional experience using generative AI, predictive analytics, or automation platforms.
