Customer Care Representative

Salary: $29.00–$30.00 USD per hour

What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding, supplier qualification, corporate information requests, and customer questionnaires from intake through resolution.
• Respond to customer, regulatory, compliance, contractual, and internal inquiries with accurate guidance.
• Coordinate Sales, Renewals, Service, Bids, Legal, subject matter experts, and other cross-functional partners.
• Manage customer portals, registrations, certifications, compliance documentation, audit support, tracking, and escalations.
• Maintain response libraries, contract repositories, reporting, performance metrics, and business records.
• Lead process improvement, automation, SOP development, user training, system initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, accountability, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Advanced user training and proficiency may be required for Oracle, Salesforce, Dodge, and Quote Tool.
