Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)

Location: Del Rey, California, USA; full-time onsite role

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

Food and beverage producer growing, processing, packaging, and marketing pomegranates, juices, teas, and other consumer brands across North America and worldwide.

What you will do

• Manage distributor, special event, and other orders through phone and email coordination with sales, carriers, and warehouses.
• Process orders, plan shipments, and ensure on-time delivery through warehouse, UPS, and trucking networks.
• Research and resolve delivery, billing, payment, and service issues, including credits and product replacements.
• Manage and approve logistics costs for third-party logistics providers.
• Analyze stock availability and order details to control costs and support supply chain planning.
• Share customer feedback and potential sales leads while collaborating with Marketing and Sales.

Requirements

• Three or more years of industry experience in call center, eCommerce, or logistics; customer service experience or relevant education and training also required.
• Experience with order management systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, customer service, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to perform basic math.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills required.
• High school diploma or GED and availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and necessary travel.
