Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States. Workplace type: Onsite.

Salary: $23.00–$25.65 per hour.

What you will do

• Communicate with internal and external customers by phone, email, fax, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about customer service orders, order status, products, pricing, shipment terms, taxes, and payments.
• Process customer orders, changes, returns, quotes, and status requests.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service failures, and concerns.
• Maintain customer account, order, status, and lead-time information in the database.
• Coordinate with the Operations Supervisor and Sales Representatives while following workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Associate's degree in business or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and systematic problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of the company's technical products and common business practices related to pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payments.
• Proficiency in computer data entry, Microsoft Office, and Dynamics 365.
