Electrician III (Manufacturing)

Location: Roseau, Minnesota, USA; onsite at a manufacturing plant

Base pay: $27.25–$32.69 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems on production equipment and facility systems.
• Install, modify, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements.
• Support vendors and Project Engineers with new equipment installations, facility projects, and improvements.
• Complete, document, and update assigned maintenance work orders, including planned work and emergency calls.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel across shifts to ensure smooth work handoffs.
• Follow safety procedures, support OSHA compliance, maintain work areas, and complete special projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of equivalent electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Two-year technical degree in electrical technology.
• Minnesota Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Ability to interpret and modify construction plans, blueprints, and electrical specifications.
• Knowledge of OSHA maintenance and repair guidelines, including Lockout/Tagout.
• EAM and computer skills, effective communication, independent work ability, and readiness for occasional off-shift, weekend, holiday, and overtime work.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour training.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
