Electrician (Industrial Electrical Maintenance)

Location: Wausau, Wisconsin, United States; onsite

Salary: $40.02 per hour plus shift differential

What you will do

• Respond to shop work orders and perform industrial maintenance and repair tasks safely.
• Implement and improve preventive maintenance procedures.
• Determine the parts, tools, and supplies required for each job.
• Document work activities in SAP work orders.
• Support a strong environmental health and safety culture and follow corporate policies and security standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• Valid and current driver’s license.
• Three years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, short-notice coverage, and rotating first- and second-shift schedules.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Current Wisconsin Journeyman electrician certificate or license, or the ability to obtain one within the established period.
• Experience with PLCs and process controls.
• Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals and troubleshooting equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge and effective communication skills.
