Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Nevada, Missouri site, United States. No travel is required. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $31.44–$39.72 per hour, plus applicable shift differential, Sunday double-time pay, and rotating-schedule earning opportunities.

What you will do

• Diagnose, test, repair, and adjust AC/DC motors, drive systems, pneumatic and electronic systems, control loops, and industrial controllers.
• Install and modify control and power wiring up to 480 volts AC in accordance with NEC and OSHA standards.
• Work with intrinsically safe and explosion-proof wiring and update AC/DC elementary drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including equipment lubrication and maintenance-route inspections.
• Use arc and acetylene welding, brazing, soldering, fabrication, carpentry, painting, and shop equipment to install and repair machinery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of industrial manufacturing technician experience, or a technical engineering-related degree in fields such as mechatronics, industrial electronics, or robotics and automation.
• Ability to work safely and follow Lockout/Tagout, NFPA 70E Arc-Flash Safety, and other safety procedures.
• Ability to use electrical and tolerance measuring devices and read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Applicants meeting the basic qualifications may be required to pass company-selected testing.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance and Automation.
• PLC and automated manufacturing equipment knowledge.
• Experience working on fast-paced, deadline-driven teams.
