Sr. Recruiter, RPO

Location: United States (Remote); working remotely from Florida

Salary: $64,480–$102,720 annually

What you will do

• Execute recruitment strategies for leadership and specialized individual contributor roles within RPO operations.
• Source active and passive candidates through advanced techniques, recruitment networks, and strategic talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare materials, and provide candidate assessments to hiring teams.
• Build partnerships with client leadership, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and compensation teams.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system documentation and candidate disposition records.
• Represent the employer brand through job fairs, social media, face-to-face networking, and other outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience across RPO, corporate talent acquisition, and/or staffing agency environments.
• Demonstrated success recruiting leadership-level and specialized individual contributor roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and current sourcing technologies and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, consultative, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Florida, United States.
