Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Hybrid role based in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, United States; office setting required.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 USD base pay annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for an assigned business vertical and own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close.
• Develop sourcing strategies, Boolean searches, talent maps, proactive pipelines, and candidate engagement approaches.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on candidate profiles, market conditions, compensation considerations, and hiring decisions.
• Lead talent reviews, provide pipeline and market intelligence updates, and use funnel analytics to improve sourcing and hiring outcomes.
• Assess candidates and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent-focused content, networking initiatives, and quarterly talent activations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including complex full-cycle searches.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development.
• Experience using recruiting metrics, conversion data, ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, recruiting technology, and talent analytics.
• Experience partnering consultatively with hiring managers, senior leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, candidate assessment, market intelligence, judgment, and prioritization skills.
