Technical Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, or Princeton, New Jersey, United States; work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

Salary: $60,000–$73,250 per year.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced hires from sourcing and engagement through offers and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines by sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage requisitions, candidate activity, compliance, and process accuracy in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers and interview teams on hiring strategies, market insights, and selection practices.
• Coordinate interviews and communications to provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Track recruiting metrics, dashboards, and feedback to improve hiring processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing, internet research, talent mapping, and market intelligence skills.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
