VP - National Leasing

What you will do

• Develop and execute the national leasing strategy, including market positioning, performance frameworks, occupancy forecasts, and revenue objectives.
• Lead the national leasing organization by setting performance standards, training programs, quality expectations, and talent development initiatives.
• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, Divisional Senior Vice Presidents, Finance, Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Human Resources.
• Improve the end-to-end resident leasing experience, conversion, service delivery, and brand reputation across markets and channels.
• Evaluate and implement leasing technologies that improve operational effectiveness, data visibility, and pipeline management.
• Direct enterprise pre-leasing strategy for the build-to-rent portfolio and coordinate activities with Development and Construction leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of progressive sales and revenue generation experience.
• At least 7 years of senior leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of leasing operations, sales strategy, revenue generation, occupancy forecasting, and revenue projections in a large-scale residential portfolio.
• Experience developing national leasing strategies, leading high-performing teams, and evaluating leasing technology solutions.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing compliance requirements; a real estate license may be required under applicable state regulations.
