Resident Experience Manager (Student Housing)

Location: The Ridge, Atlanta, Georgia; onsite living and onsite work are required without exceptions. The role includes emergency response, after-hours availability, and participation in an on-call rotation.

What you will do

• Lead the property office team and community assistants across leasing, marketing, and administrative operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports while supporting team performance.
• Direct marketing events, resident programs, website audits, feedback collection, and improvement plans.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, deposits, invoices, packages, incident reports, contracts, key control, rent collection, and eviction processes.
• Partner with the Service Manager on property maintenance, curb appeal, purchasing, and budget performance.
• Maintain communication with university partners, represent the property at events, and resolve resident conflicts and disputes.

Requirements

• Onsite living at the property is a mandatory condition of employment.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in student or multifamily housing or a similar industry.
• Experience or skills in leasing, marketing, customer service, facility management, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, residence life, and student development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and demonstrated leadership skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field is preferred.
