Resident Experience Manager - The James

What you will do

• Lead the property office team and community assistants across leasing, marketing, and administrative operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports while driving leasing and marketing objectives.
• Oversee resident communications, feedback collection, events, notices, conflict resolution, rent collection, and eviction processes.
• Manage property administration, including scheduling, payroll, deposits, invoices, packages, incident reports, postings, and contracts.
• Partner with the Service Manager on property maintenance, curb appeal, purchasing, and budget performance.
• Maintain communication with university partners and represent the property at resident and marketing events.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in student or multifamily housing, or a similar industry.
• Experience or skills in leasing, marketing, customer service, facility management, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, or residence life.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field is preferred.
