Property Manager - Graduate Junction

Location: Graduate Junction, Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. Workplace: Onsite; living on-site is required without exceptions. Must be available for emergency response after normal business hours and participate in an on-call rotation.

Compensation: $90,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct leasing, marketing, facilities, and administrative operations for the student housing community.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, coach, train, and develop property staff, including performance evaluations and succession planning.
• Oversee maintenance standards, work order completion, preventive maintenance, key control, and capital improvement recommendations.
• Manage property performance against budget by maximizing revenue and controlling expenses and vendor costs.
• Lead resident communications and events, resolve escalated concerns, and oversee collections and evictions where applicable.
• Act as the primary liaison with university partners and collaborate with HR, Facilities, Retail, and other internal support teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in student housing, multifamily property management, or a similar industry.
• Experience or skills in leasing, marketing, customer service, facilities management, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, residence life, or student development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Must live on-site and be available for emergency response and on-call rotation.
