Develops, owns, and manages student housing communities and partners with universities to provide residential environments for students.

What you will do

  • Direct leasing, marketing, facilities, and resident experience operations across Parliament and The Nest.
  • Recruit, hire, supervise, coach, train, and develop property teams while managing workflow and performance evaluations.
  • Set operational goals and action plans with property leaders, including succession planning and cross-training.
  • Oversee maintenance standards, work order completion, preventive maintenance, building administration, collections, and evictions.
  • Manage portfolio performance against budget by maximizing revenue and controlling expenses, vendor costs, and operational risks.
  • Maintain relationships with university partners, support teams, residents, and vendors; attend events and resolve escalated concerns.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in student housing, multifamily housing, or a similar industry.
  • Experience leading multi-property operations across leasing, marketing, facilities management, and resident services.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, and facilities management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field is preferred.
