Project Manager - Security Operations (m/f/d) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Coordinate cybersecurity activities across cybersecurity, engineering, certification, and project teams.
• Manage security analyses, penetration testing, security validation, and certification readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and follow-up across development teams.
• Monitor cybersecurity status, risks, delays, critical issues, and remediation progress.
• Support security event analysis and incident investigations.
• Improve cybersecurity processes, governance, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in project planning or project management within an R&D, industrial, automotive, or consulting environment.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of connected systems, embedded products, and industrial or automotive environments.
• Understanding of secure product development lifecycles, threat analysis, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and vulnerability scanning.
• Fluent English and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German and/or Italian.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Git.
