Project Manager — Cyber Security PMO

What you will do

• Lead cross-domain cybersecurity initiatives through chartering, planning, execution, monitoring, deployment, and formal closure.
• Create and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, RAID logs, decision registers, status reports, and lessons-learned documentation.
• Break complex security programs into phases, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and accountable workstreams.
• Manage project tracking, scheduling, dashboards, portfolio visibility, and reporting in Jira.
• Coordinate Security, IT, Engineering, Product, Legal, Privacy, and Finance stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
• Identify risks and blockers, drive mitigation actions, facilitate governance meetings, and escalate critical decisions with impact analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closure.
• Deep proficiency in Jira, including task and epic management, board configuration, dashboards, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
• Strong project decomposition, risk management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technological orientation with the ability to understand systems, architectures, and technical workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Cyber Security, CISO, SOC, or GRC organization.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, identity and access management, endpoint security, or compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, or SOX.
• Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with globally distributed teams in a technology or cloud infrastructure company, or a relevant BSc degree.
