Project Manager: Security Services (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global's Security Delivery department manages customer cybersecurity services and engagements.

What you will do

• Lead customer cybersecurity engagements across identity, access, and data protection projects.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, customer stakeholders, and partner vendors through assessment, design, implementation, migration, remediation, and operationalization.
• Manage project roles, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, RAID logs, change control, decisions, and corrective actions.
• Run kickoffs, status meetings, risk reviews, steering updates, acceptance checkpoints, and executive reporting.
• Ensure delivery standards, documentation, evidence collection, testing, validation, cutover, and post-implementation support requirements are met.
• Staff and supervise project resources, provide performance feedback, and drive process improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management and planning experience.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or data security projects in consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments.
• Working knowledge of security delivery lifecycles, including assessment, design, implementation, testing, remediation, cutover, and transition to operations.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts including CNAPP, CWPP, and DSPM, and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with identity security concepts including IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, federation, RBAC, SoD, service accounts, and secrets management, as well as data security concepts including DLP, retention, insider risk, and governance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, written, verbal communication, client management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, ITIL, Security+, CISSP familiarity, or equivalent security or project delivery credentials.
