Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead moderate-complexity professional services engagements and manage approximately 12–16 complex enterprise projects simultaneously.
• Define, monitor, and adjust project scope, timelines, budgets, plans, and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate customer and internal meetings, working sessions, daily communications, and project activities.
• Act as an escalation point, interpret contracts, support legal compliance, and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clients, delivery teams, resellers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to advance projects.
• Develop scalable processes and procedures, track team KPIs, and keep Salesforce and project management systems up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, standards, and advanced project management tools.
• Experience managing or interacting with third-party resellers, service providers, or partners.
• Advanced risk management and mitigation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning project plans with organizational goals.
• Ability to lead small projects, provide strategic direction, innovate within the role, and train peers.
