What you will do

• Coordinate engineering and product project timelines, ensuring clear priorities and progress tracking
• Facilitate cross-team communication across engineering, product, GTM, and operations
• Support vendor assessments and legal coordination including third-party reviews and contracts
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and implement process improvements
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, governance, and delivery frameworks
• Provide structure and organization within fast-moving projects to help engineering focus on delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in project coordination, operations, or technical program support with cybersecurity or software background
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with basic security concepts or experience in security-related environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup with shifting priorities
