Customer Service Representative II

Location: Lansdale, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite role requiring U.S. Person status for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Process harvest and incremental quotations for assigned corporate accounts and follow up to close opportunities.
• Enter customer orders accurately and promptly in SAP.
• Maintain SAP customer, pricing, material, and hierarchy master data.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal functions to support on-time order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries.
• Process returns and resolve credit and invoice issues with the Finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, listening, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• U.S. Person status is required under applicable ITAR rules.
