TL;DR

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, at Redstone Arsenal; approximately 15% travel

hirify.global provides test and engineering services supporting the Army Division through the RTC Test and Engineering Services contract.

What you will do

  • Manage project cost, schedule, performance, risks, and issues across initiation, planning, execution, reporting, and retirement.
  • Collaborate with customers and program operations staff to define project scopes and develop cost estimates.
  • Maintain project schedules, organization charts, quad charts, funding tools, and audit files.
  • Develop work breakdown structures to track labor, materials, travel expenses, and multiple funding sources.
  • Communicate project updates, changing requirements, funding, and future needs through written, virtual, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Learn government funding rules and use RTC-specific software to support mission execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science, or business discipline plus 3 years of relevant experience; alternatives include an associate degree plus 5 years, 7 years of applicable experience, or 7 years of relevant military training.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience coordinating projects, collecting data, reviewing technical documents, compiling project statistics, writing narratives, managing inspections, and maintaining compliance audit files.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering instructions.
