Project Manager (IT)

What you will do

• Manage multiple IT projects across the full lifecycle, maintaining timelines, budgets, scope, quality, and client requirements.
• Create project plans covering tasks, milestones, resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget controls.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing project reporting and executive summaries to customer leadership.
• Coordinate with Client Directors, Architects, PMO, Service Delivery Leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Apply Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches; facilitate ceremonies and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Track KPIs, maintain project documentation, identify risks, and contribute to PMO process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience directing medium- to large-scale IT projects with varying complexity.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, estimation, and progress tracking.
• Strong financial acumen covering budgets, margins, revenues, and costs, along with expertise in scope control, risk mitigation, and timeline coordination.
• Experience working with external clients, contractors, and diverse cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data and AI, autonomous operations, and enterprise service management; proficiency with Smartsheet, NetSuite, and Microsoft 365.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certification.
