Corporate Safety Manager (HSE)

Location: Milan, Italy; remote work flexibility is available, with international travel worldwide required.

Gross annual salary: €62,000 or more, plus an individual or collective variable incentive based on predetermined performance objectives.

What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve global HSE policies, standards, procedures, operating instructions, and governance documents.
• Coordinate global safety data, KPIs, dashboards, executive reports, sustainability reporting, and Board-level HSE updates.
• Plan and participate in corporate HSE audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and corrective and preventive action programs.
• Oversee significant incident investigations, root cause analyses, safety alerts, lessons learned, and preventive initiatives.
• Lead global safety improvement projects, including behavioral safety, digital monitoring, anti-collision systems, and AI-based safety tools.
• Design global training programs, webinars, workshops, and awareness campaigns while coordinating international stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of Health and Safety management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Corporate, regional, or multi-site HSE experience, including international programs and cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 45001, occupational health and safety legislation, safety governance, auditing, compliance, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Knowledge of industrial risks, manufacturing processes, contractor management, machinery safety, and high-risk activities.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline; fluency in English is mandatory.

• Familiarity with digital HSE platforms and reporting tools such as Evotix.
