Director, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

Location: Hybrid in Mosel, WI or Glendale, WI; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Salary: $158,650–$206,750 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global EHS strategy, goals, performance metrics, and accountability processes.
• Direct environmental compliance, sustainability, waste minimization, recycling, resource conservation, and pollution-prevention programs.
• Lead the global EHS management system, safety standards, training programs, hazard elimination, ergonomic improvements, and industrial hygiene initiatives.
• Analyze safety performance and drive action plans to reduce injuries, lost-time incidents, and workplace risk across all locations.
• Advise senior leadership and represent hirify.global with regulators, industry groups, customers, and community stakeholders.
• Manage global EHS operating and capital budgets and build a high-performing EHS organization through coaching and succession planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience leading multi-site and global EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and risk management practices.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills within a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex initiatives from concept to execution.
• US work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required.
