Director, Environment, Health & Safety

Location: Hybrid in Mosel, Wisconsin or Glendale, Wisconsin; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $158,650–$206,750 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global EHS strategy, goals, performance metrics, and accountability processes.
• Lead global environmental compliance, sustainability, waste reduction, recycling, resource conservation, and pollution prevention programs.
• Build and deploy a global EHS management system, corporate safety standards, training programs, and risk-reduction initiatives.
• Analyze safety performance across locations and drive improvements in recordable injuries, lost-time incidents, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene.
• Advise senior leadership and represent hirify.global with regulators, industry groups, customers, and community stakeholders.
• Manage global EHS operating and capital budgets and prioritize investments that reduce risk and improve compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience leading multi-site and global EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and risk management practices.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills within a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives from concept through execution.
• US work authorization without current or future sponsorship requirement.
