EHS Professional (f/m/d)

Location: Stargard, Poland; hybrid arrangement with part-time onsite work and part-time remote work from home

What you will do

• Maintain environmental, health, and safety standards across the plant.
• Assess environmental and occupational risks at workplaces and resolve workplace protection issues.
• Build awareness of occupational health and safety through proactive initiatives.
• Cooperate with internal departments, management, and external institutions on environmental and health and safety matters.
• Co-create detailed environmental safety instructions for the factory.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries and perform internal audits.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good English skills at minimum B2 level.
• Knowledge of Polish Labor Law and Fire Safety Procedures and Regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
• Good organization, independence, accuracy, and punctuality.

Nice to have

• Fire safety officer license and knowledge of the FM Global standard.
• ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 knowledge.
• Internal Auditor qualifications.
• Ability to work with a focus on goals.
