Global QMS Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, US; hybrid work arrangement. Requires 10–30% domestic and international travel.

Compensation range: $105,000–$195,000 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Serve as the global management systems subject matter expert across 32+ locations.
• Coach teams and build organizational capability around ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, and ISO 50001 requirements.
• Lead internal and external audit readiness and support certification, surveillance, recertification, and internal audits.
• Own global corrective and preventive action programs, including root cause analysis, issue resolution, and closure tracking.
• Maintain integrated management system procedures and standard operating practices for multi-site and single-site registrations.
• Develop SharePoint workflows for document control, approvals, and management system processes, and support Management Review meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing quality or integrated management systems in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, and ISO 50001 standards.
• Experience managing multi-site and single-site certification structures across global locations.
• Experience leading corrective and preventive action processes, root cause analysis, documentation, implementation, and closure.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, organizational, project management, and change management skills.
• Fluency with SharePoint, including workflow creation for document control and approvals; Microsoft Visio and Good Documentation Practice are preferred.
