What you will do

• Translate portfolio transformation strategies into project plans, workstreams, deliverables, milestones, and governance routines.
• Coordinate restaurant transactions and portfolio optimization initiatives, including information gathering, diligence, closing activities, and post-close transitions.
• Develop financial analyses, business cases, scenario models, and portfolio performance reporting.
• Analyze restaurant performance, unit economics, development commitments, lease obligations, facilities requirements, and technology considerations.
• Track risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, action items, and stakeholder communications across concurrent projects.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, leadership communications, dashboards, and strategic evaluation materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, finance, corporate development, project management, or a related field.
• Experience with PMO activities, stakeholder coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and prepare concise leadership-ready materials, executive presentations, and analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, financial analysis tools, and project management tools such as Asana.
