Director, North America Marketing Operations (Asset Management)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid arrangement with employees working in the office at least four days per week and from home up to one day per week.

Base salary: $140,800–$150,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead data operations, marketing governance, and marketing process automation across North American marketing teams.
• Partner with marketing, data, technology, product, and compliance stakeholders to improve efficiency, data integrity, and content production.
• Manage cross-functional teams and provide operational support to presentation production teams, marketing partners, and direct reports.
• Develop annual roadmaps, oversee strategic and special projects, and report project impact to executive leadership.
• Optimize marketing tools, platforms, reporting, analytics, workflows, and automation to create scalable processes.
• Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, support professional development, and lead communications and training for marketing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management or finance.
• Senior marketing leadership experience, preferably with people management responsibilities.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with content management tools such as Seismic is preferred.
• Valid United States work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship needs.

Nice to have

• Experience driving operational efficiency across a team or department.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, workflow tools, and process management systems.
• Experience with content management platforms such as Vermillion, Seismic, or Accent.
