What you will do

• Create, optimize, and manage schedules, milestone plans, success criteria, objectives, and requirements across multiple product lines.
• Drive projects from initiation through client delivery while managing scope, resources, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
• Track dependencies, open issues, risks, and mitigation plans through go-live and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Analyze business and technical trade-offs, propose workable solutions, and build consensus across internal and external groups.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain clear documentation, and ensure teams have the context needed to deliver effectively.
• Hold program team members accountable for commitments and achieve results through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong planning, prioritization, analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading or directly supervising a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project or program management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with local and remote team members.

Nice to have

• Experience with software development or software migration projects.
• PMP certification.
