Early Career Intern - Strategy and Transformation (Finance)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia. Work in an hirify.global office at least four full days per week. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. Employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT support are not available. Relocation and housing are not included.

What you will do

• Support firm-wide strategy development and execution through research, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Investigate industry trends, competitive dynamics, market developments, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze client, product, regional, financial performance, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Help structure complex enterprise challenges through quantitative and qualitative analysis, option development, operating model design, and recommendations.
• Support transformation portfolio management through dependency mapping, program planning, prioritization, dashboards, governance, and benefits tracking.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, business cases, financial models, and summaries of decisions, risks, and actions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising junior, graduating by summer 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
• Demonstrated interest in finance or strategy; relevant majors include finance, accounting, business, economics, data analytics, engineering, and mathematics.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; no employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, or CPT support is available.
• Must be able to work in an hirify.global office where the program is available.

• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into clear insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to develop concise presentations and recommendations.
• Interest or prior experience in corporate strategy, consulting, financial services, operating models, enterprise transformation, finance, analytics, or related projects.
